Yeah, docbook sucks in many ways, even compared to linuxdoc. I'll
have a look into a fix-up for the numbering.

Thanks for sorting out the updating. Send any other gripes my way and
I'll see if I can beat docbooksucksrocksthroughstraws into submission.
