I saw lots of #include "config.h" lines in the PyGtk wrappers.  I also saw a
few includes of "pyconfig.h", so I assumed James had already modified PyGtk
to use Python's config file, and that the config.h includes were from Gtk.
I realize those were from PyGtk itself.
