generic compilation system with JAM

Hi,

To manage compilation process on multi OS and multi Platform and multi
Compiler, a very good solution could be to use the JAM program, it's a
makefile like but very very more quicker and easy to use and work fine on
all plateform (windows ms vc ++ included)

Freetype decided to pass their makefile system to the unified JAM system and
they are very glad to use it now
