sure there are objections, as the original bug report indicates,
::shadow should be kept as an alias.
i've checked in the change now, and just deprectaed the properties
in the doc strings as alex suggested on our last irc meeting.
we can still figure how to flag pspecs deprecated, but this bug
can be closed now, as property deprecation is a more general
topic that not only affects the ::shadow props on GtkFrame and
GtkHandleBox.
