In which case there is no selection so it makes no difference.
If you just want blue text, do a tag that sets the color to blue.

If the list is accessible/manipulable via mouse, it should also be via
keyboard.
Anyhow, this has no bearing on how we draw selections; if "gray
selection" means "not focused," then if a widget can't be focused it
should be gray. Otherwise it's confusing because people will think the
unfocusable widget is currently focused.
