For Windows GTK+ the following is the case:
1) gtk_window_get_position returns non-client coords.
2) gtk_window_move accepts client coords.
3) Documenation for gtk_window_get_position states:
This function returns the position you need to pass to
gtk_window_move() to keep window in its current
position.
