Currently the BonoboUIToolbar uses a border of two pixels around toolbar
buttons, whereas the GtkToolbar don't use a border. The question is:
should we start using a border around buttons in the GtkToolbar?

Which look better?
Consistency with BonoboUIToolbar is not really an isssue since the plan
is to just use the new GtkToolbar everywhere, so the question is only
what looks better, and, if it looks better with the border, is it worth
the four extra pixels?
