The ComboBox is blocking on a GtkTreeModel patch too:

I'm waiting for Tim and Jonathan to review it ;). I'll rewrite the table
menu patch ASAP.

We should really, really get the file selector in 2.4, the plan also
says "we have to get this one". We have been delaying the filesel since
2.0, maybe even since 1.2 (not sure about 1.2). We should get it in 2.4
at all costs ;)

I guess it's clear that I am all for extending the freeze. It also gives
me a bit more time to get some needed TreeView things straight (I'll
come up with a list soonish).
