I think that it's better break the string freeze than add that .po file.

We need to fix it soon or alter so I think we should fix it as soon as
possible.

Translators, what do you think?

It Is not words additions or modifications, so the translation update
should be easy.
I think the problem Noah is trying to work around is that gettext requires message ids (ie. the "C" locale translations) to be in 7-bit ascii: the reasoning being that the message ids should be valid in the .po files, no matter what encoding the translator uses (which is not an issue for gtk+ catalogs, but is still a limitation of the tools).

He wants to be able to use non-ASCII characters in the english messages.
