Glade could do that, but I was just thinking of doing the conversion on
input/output for now.

I think we have to use markup rather than the "attributes" property,
since otherwise the underlined access key won't be parsed. (I mentioned
this in http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=97061)
