GTK+ team IRC meeting

Back to the grind...
and back to the regular IRC meetings, after the pleasant 
change to a face-to-face meeting last week. Monday is a holiday
here in the US, therefore we'll shift the meeting to Tuesday.
 
The meeting is intended for the GTK+ team, but everybody is 
welcome to come and listen. The meeting logs will be posted 
on the GTK+ website.
