Going to give it a good now on my ibook - will let you know how i get on.
Currently I have Tiger installed, but I could dual boot with Panther and
have a go at getting it running on that first, and then try and
implement new features.

It is included in GTK+ 2.9.x. Just configure with --gdk-target=quartz
