Grudge or no grudge, the simple process of proposing it and having had
it rejected is completely relevant. Once a contribution is rejected,
do you really expect someone to periodically propose it again? I can't
imagine you want people wasting their time to waste your time, and
most such decisions are unlikely to reverse themselves.
