Documentation website throwing SSL errors

https://developer.gnome.org/ is failing to connect for me, reporting the following error:
> Secure Connection Failed

> An error occurred during a connection to developer.gnome.org.

> SSL received a record that exceeded the maximum permissible length.
>
> (Error code: ssl_error_rx_record_too_long)

Connecting with http works fine, but some of the links are https, so it breaks until I edit
the url in the address-bar.
