I have tried with your C test case (attached), built like so:
gcc libglade_filechooserbutton.c `pkg-config libglade-2.0 --cflags
--libs`

I don't see that warning when opening and closing the application.

It looks like you are using MS Windows. Maybe someone else can try to
reproduce this error?
