I downloaded your example and managed to build it. When I execute it, I 
get the error

(alexa:7545): GLib-GIO-ERROR **: 15:36:51.296: Settings schema 
'org.amarula.alexa' is not installed

How do I install the schema? I'm not very familiar with CMake.
