writing reference docs for LBs

I have been experimenting a bit with generating documentation for a
language binding from the doc comments in the gtk+ C source.

Here is some preliminary results:

If you squint, you might believe they were really for pygtk :)

This was done with a fairly short script (less than 600 lines if you
ignore the files it shares with my code generator).  I could probably make
the output even better with a few tweaks.

The scripts could also be retargetted to generate docs for other language
bindings fairly easily.
