nice, but 2 things:
(1) Eterm isn't necessarily installed on every gnome installation (on
mine it isn't as i use sawfish)
(2) bash doesn't have to be in /bin/bash, i guess /bin/sh is always
available. e.g. my bash is /usr/local/bin/bash
