Home and Trash are created each time Desktop background is created by
Nautilus (try this : unselect Nautilus draw desktop, remove Home
.desktop, select Nautilus draw desktop and Home is back..)

If there are put in /usr/share/nautilus/default-desktop (ie in nautilus
rpm), users could restore them..

Another point in my patch is use of * in the /bin/cp command which is
quite ugly (I've just discussed that with Alex on IRC) so I suggest
either switching from * to *.desktop or use gnome_vfs_directory_
function to do the copy ourself in nautilus..
