It just had a hardcoded "min size" which is not really working right
anyway. Plus it made the toolbar just not fit on small windows - (and it
made it impossible to do very very small toolbar themes (though toolbar
themes are gone now anyway, but still, one can do a tiny stock icon set
(or make a theme using the menu size icons for toolbars, then the
hardcoded value would be useless (also for an accessible theme using
very large icons the hardcoded min size would become useless and would
not have the intended effect) Gee this chapter starts to resemble
lisp..:) )))
