strftime

Hi,

I'm a Thai Gnome translator.  I used %EY in date/time translation and
it shows up in Nautilus merely as "%EY".  "date +%EY" works correctly
on my system.  Any suggestion where the bug report should go to?
Nautilus, up the stream, or distro?

I'm using Fedora Core 1 with Gnome 2.5.1 via Garnome.
