Bug question.

I've filed the following bug in bugzilla and would like to know if it us 
just me that is seeing this or other people are too.   I think that is a 
fairly major bug (if I am right) that probably should get a fix for 2.2.1

Arent permisions like these supposed to be handled at a lower level than 
nautilus?
