It's a first quick hack at summarising the issues. It's missing a
summary of the problems with file requestors (ie. should they show a
Desktop button if the user has $HOME as Desktop?). Will add more details
soon so that is serves as a reference if the discussions come up again.
That way, we can leave the discussion at the 'inconclusive' point that
it was previously. :)
