Problem building garnome-nightly, scrollkeeper: /etc/xml/catalog not found

I had a problem building the current garnome-nightly.

In the configure script of the packet scrollkeeper it complained that 
the docbook dtd was not in /etc/xml/catalog.

I made sure docbook-xml and docbook-xsl were build before.

I looked in my redhat system and found the file there. It belongs to a 
rpm called xml-common.
When I copied the /etc/xml/catalog to my build dir it worked. But I 
think there is something wrong in the garnome scripts.
