Although you might not know it, or notice it, using keystrokes is MUCH, MUCH more usable than using the mouse. It's also way faster. And the keystrokes are not an issue since you can use the mouse as well, for all operations. The lack of toolbar is also not a problem, you can right-click on files or selections to get the operations.
