Patch and feature request for toggling display of hidden files

Hi,

I've had enough of the poor handling of hidden files and folders in
Nautilus and as its been driving me nuts in the last few days I have
decided to code a nice easy way of toggling the display of hidden files
in individual folders (as opposed to having to constantly set and reset
a global pref)

When folders are first opened they adopt the global pref for showing
hidden files however individual folders can now be toggled by pressing
CTRL+H or by clicking on the Show Hidden Files menu item in the View
menu to alternate between showing/hiding hidden files.  

Hopefully these patches will be accepted cause I can't live without
them!
