Just a side question

Can't the special part of checking if it is the desktop in 
nautilus_window_update_icon be completely left out? If I currently enter 
the desktop dir the window icon does not change to the Desktop Icon.
OK this can be seen as a bug but then I propose to do the checking in 
nautilus-icon-factory. There already some specific locations are checked 
(computer:/// , burn:/// etc)

I just saw the desktop icon showin up for the first as the window icon 
of an error dialog after having applied the patch concerning dnd of 
Christian when I dropped a folder on the desktop which was already on 
the desktop. For the error dialog I think the default nautilus folder 
icon should be used.
