Correcting an error while an alert is up isn't a particularly natural 
workflow. I suspect most people will try to get rid of the alert as 
quickly as possible, *then* fix the problem and try again.

Or:

    "Foo" cannot be moved, because you do not have permission to
    alter it.

                              ( Change Permission... ) ((  OK  ))

If there's more than one item with the problem, choose the first one at 
the highest level, and use it as an example:

    Some of the selected items (including "Bar") cannot be moved,
    because you do not have permission to alter them.

                             ( Change Permissions... ) ((  OK  ))

"Change Permissions..." would open the combined Properties window for 
all the problematic items, at its "Permissions" tab.
