See

 http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=506532
 (also http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=504828 )

I'm not sure why the Jimmac reassigned this bug away from him; at this
point I'm tempted to go ahead and commit the icons I've been using for
testing

 http://people.freedesktop.org/~david/gvfs-icons.png

to gnome-icon-theme. Maybe that will get someones attention.

That's the plan. The problem is that the icon naming spec doesn't
contain nearly enough names so I made new ones up that should go into
the spec. No response on this bug either. So maybe we won't be 100% icon
naming spec compliant at first. Not sure it's a big deal but annoying
with no responses. Bug dobey if you see him.
