Hi Rich,
I can reproduce Halim's problem when I use Orca with Speech-Dispatcher. The 
SayAll feature doesn't work at all with that setting.
Not only that the cursor isn't moved, the text is not spoken as a whole; 
the speech stops after a few lines, don't know the reason.
With the Gnome speech driver everything's fine.
