[orca-list] orca not starting on login

Hey, does someone experience the problem that orca sometimes does not 
start on login?
On my virtualbox and my laptop with intel atom, it actually never 
starts, but on my desktop it does (and rarely does not).
I've reported a bug about this but I would like to know if it's known or 
not.
