Has any one got a plan to start this campaign or should I do it.
If I do it how will the money reach the concerned authorities?
Happy hacking.

That is an excellent news. If you have pain to find developers to
pay about such bugs, Hypra can help with Samuel and our team, and
producing official documents to trace any spending money.

We
just decided to shut down iavit.org, the International
Association Of Visually Impaired Technologists. I suppose we
could reconsider if there was a demand. I would be willing to
coordinate funding for bug fixes through iavit.org. We already
are a 501C3 and have a paypal account. We could put together a
committee to set priorties and decide on payments. I would be
willing to chair the committee -- or not if someone else wanted
to drive it.
IAVIT has some money. We have already pretty much settled on
what to do with what we have left but I might be able to get
IAVIT to kick in somewhere between a few hundred to a couple of
thousand dollars. I'd have to talk to the board of directors.

I also believe that such important
work should be paid because it will bring in a sence of
commertial commitment as well as some money for those who
will be dedicating their time for this.
It is an important bug and must be solved.
It's now in your hand to make a crowdfunding and help us to
invest to fix this bug smile :).
Best regards,
Alex.
