Yes, I can reproduce it ...

The problem is that you have 3 insert commands and after deleting, you
have 3 remove commands, that have to remove the 3 inserted commands. But
at some point, the remove commands get out of sync with the insert
commands and then, when you undo the remove commands, it adds new tasks
... ok, time to find the bug and solve it.
