I've finished this.

Here is a screen grab (highly compressed jpeg) showing my
new task edit multi-dialog feature (was "use resource").

How it works:

You can select multiple tasks in gantt or task view and
then do Action -> Edit Task Dialogs -> ...
and then pick which page you want to open for those
tasks.

It will then proceed and open all those task dialogs on
that page. If you open more than 10 it will warn you asking
you to confirm that you want to do this. If you attempt
to open 50 or more tasks it will NOT do this but ask you
to select less than 50 tasks.

Once you start using this you never go back !.

Its finished. I also created new little 24x24 icons so
it looks pretty. Wrapping diffs for Richard now.
