Hi Wade, 

It'd be great if you could redo the diffs against the very latest netrb
monkey-media tree; I broke out all the Linux-specific stuff into a
separate file.  It's not presently a perfectly clean separation, but it
should be good enough for making it work on FreeBSD.
 
Note you'll also have to add a check for FreeBSD cdrom stuff into
configure.in; the Linux example should be clear.
