Every time I start RB, the dimensions of the GUI are silly and require
readjustment.  The playlist column is at its minimal width, and the
genre browser is at its minimal height.

These would be two nice improvements:

1. RB begins with reasonable dimensions
2. On open, RB sets the dimensions to the way you left them

I think 1 is more important than 2.

This may be a problem on my end, since I am running in unusual
circumstances: a Debian Sid chroot on a RedHat 9 box.
