The filter UI in Evolution is nice; After looking at it, we need steal
their nice-looking date bit. They don't handle "sub-conditions" (ANDs,
ORs, etc) but I think if we supported is/isn't in playlist A, we
wouldn't need it as much.

I don't remember that off the top of my head, but I'll have to take a
look and see what happened.
