As mentioned on the bug, it really needs to be done in a cleaner way; by
adding a "pre-track-change" signal to the player and having the podcast
code hook into that. We're currently trying to get rid of all the dodgy
podcast hacks and move them into the podcast code, so that it can be
turned into a plugin.
