Not as it stands. It needs to be converted to use the rhythmbox 3
plugin API (libpeas, introspection), use gsettings instead of gconf,
etc. It looks like this could serve as a good example for plugins that
download a catalog and display that in a source once that's done.
Magnatune isn't serving this purpose so well at the moment.

Does anyone use it?  Is someone going to maintain it? I probably won't.

If it works as a grilo plugin, then it makes sense to write a grilo
plugin instead. I'm not sure that it does in this case. This is
pragmatism, not politics.
