All similar events are being cancelled (GStreamer and Web Engines
hackfests for example) and Collabora's offices are now closed until
further notice so I'm afraid that leaves us with the only choice to
cancel the hackfest.

We'll reconsider our options later once the situation is coming back to
normal but for now that seems the only reasonable choice.

I updated the wiki accordingly.
