Is it possible to extract multiple values from tracker-extract? As
far as I can see, this isn't possible with GHashTable.
we have not had the need to in tracker-extract and thats why the code
for that is not present there
in trackerd, the code is present to handle it (The hashtable takes a
GSList of values instead of a string)
tracker-extract needs to be reworked with hopefully some XESAM style
output so that extractors can be shared across indexers so it might be
best to wait for that to happen. In the meantime just extract the first
value only and comment out the code for multiple values so we can re
enable it later
Or, Jamie, can you outline the steps to add this XESAM style output so
that Jason could take a crack at it?
XESAM output format for metadata has not been defined yet (may never be
either)
I would need to persuade the others to adopt some xml format for this so
its not a short term thing
