Hmm... W-Up and W-Down do indeed seem to be Sawfish defaults for raise
and lower window, so presumably Mandrake sets "W-" to be "Alt" by
default.
So, do we push to change Mandrake, Sawfish, or our newly-proposed
Nautilus keybindings? :)
