having typed something in it? I am thinking of the following scenario: you
press CTRL+F, write some text in the box, press enter, and the files not
matching are hidden. So you easily find the file (or files) you were looking
I don't think that the GTK tree searchbox (which is shown when you do
Ctrl+F) uses filtering like mail programs do. But i might be wrong,
since it's borked in nautilus currently.
