There's a related accessibility regression according to my sources :-),
i.e. the panel doesn't size to fit large fonts, so if a user increases
their font size they must manually resize their panel as well.

This is an important accessibility regression - it is not acceptable for
the user to have to go into multiple settings (i.e. two capplets and the
panel preferences) to change to largeprint visuals.

This is a heads-up that a bug will be filed.
