Spike -> network aware 'clipboard manager'

So,

Given that 2.8 will be using Howl for gnome-vfs, I'm sure more modules will
start adding Zeroconf features in time. Here's an idea that basically works
like a clipboard manager, but is network aware (and cross-platform, at least
with this implementation).

[ Though D-BUS wouldn't be useful to interoperate with Spike, combining it
with Howl opens up lots of really interesting possibilities... ]
