So a few comments...
You shoulnd't start the session until all the services are done loading.
You shouldn't need the is_done function. Instead connect to the
"startup-complete" signal of the service manager object.
gnome-keyring-daemon isn't actually a good fit for libgnomservice.
You want gnome-keyring to work when a gnome app is running in KDE for
instance. It probably should just be started by the gnome-keyring
client library like gconfd is started by the gconf client libraries.
