Description

HTML Code Convert helps speed up the conversion of HTML code into different
format including Java Script, JavaServer Pages, Microsoft ASP, PHP, Perl,
and the UNIX Shell. It is particularly useful in CGI scripting.

- Added submit "bug report" and "feature request".
- Added "Check for new version."
- Added button close on toolbar
- Added --open-file argument to command line.
- Display the name of file open in window title bar.
- Message in status bar use timer.
- Add minimal DEBUG functions.
