The context seems to be (for my machine) *any* time I
I try to run ./autogen.sh from any of the sub-dir's
from the gnome CVS drop.
Specific example:
cd glib
./autogen.sh
.
.
...
loading cache ./config.cache
configure: error: can not find install-sh or install.sh in . ./..
./../..
