That'll catch most cases, until someone starts using mixed-case
extensions, such as Report.Gnumeric (much less the
too-wretched-to-contemplate Report.GnuMeric).
I'm afraid that eventually this will require a case-blind default
match, with some qualifier to indicate that an exact match is
required.
