Gdk-pixbuf changes

Hello,

I have moved gdk-pixbuf/src/* to gdk-pixbuf/gdk-pixbuf/*.  This is to
maintain the convention we have for source files in libraries; within
their own module the sources should be in a directory called the same
as their final include path.

If you are using CVS, you may have to re-checkout your gdk-pixbuf
sources.
